* Armv5: no diff from previous run
* Cortexa15_hf: 3 Qemu failures (pthread)
* Aarch64 : 1 failure g++.dg/abi/mangle-neon-aarch64.C
  - arm_neon.h uses UINT64_C which is reported as not declared
* Other targets are clean.
* Diff matches upstream
