NAME
       ubuntuone-control-panel-qt - manual page for ubuntuone-control-panel-qt 2.99.4

can we make it not show the version, since is not relevant in this context? Thanks!

Sure, revno 278, it now says

NAME
       ubuntuone-control-panel-qt - control panel for Ubuntu One

That's more like other pages. The version number is still at the footer, and is incorrect, it should be changed when merged to stable branch.
