Code review comment for lp://qastaging/~seb128/ubuntu-docs/updated-pot

I've uploaded that updated template to raring (basically ran 'make pot' in the ubuntu-help subdirectory) but I can't commit back to the Vcs because I'm not in the documentatiom team on launchpad

Note that it seems quite some strings were outdated, not sure why, waasn't the template updated in the recent upload? I noticed the issue because the translated version of the starpage still had "What's new in Ubuntu 12.10" instead of 13.04
