Updates KeyDependencies to better distinguish the Ubuntu MATE meta packages.
Description of the change
This change modifies KeyDependencies for Ubuntu MATE meta packages to account for package changes since 16.04.
The ubuntu-
lightdm-gtk-greeter is also removed because Ubuntu MATE switched to slick-greeter in 17.10 and both packages can coexist.

This defines all three of those metas as being the same now, which defeats the purpose of supporting more than one.
The point of KeyDependencies is to say "we have no meta installed, but we have this list of packages, so let's assume the user accidentally remove ubuntu-mate-desktop and needs it put back".
